Interactive workshops introduce early career employees and managers to the components of effective career development in today’s changing workplace. Workshops range from short “lunch and learn” sessions to full day events to multisession development programs. How It Works

During a typical 3 to 9 month program

    Your young professionals will receive a membership to to begin their journey to career development awareness and proficiency.
  • + Introductory Session

    Your young professionals and their managers will attend an interactive workshop that introduces each party to the components of effective career development in today’s changing workplace landscape. They will learn more about their part to play and begin the AccelerateME™ 360 degree feedback process on
  • + Assessment Results and Assignments

    Participants will track their feedback results on a personal dashboard on As feedback is received, they will begin to see a complete picture of their personal brand and access resources customized for their specific areas of development
  • + Mentoring Circles

    Each participant will attend between 3 and 6 small group mentoring sessions (“circles”). Sessions are facilitated by a Career Revolution Coach and focus on real 360-degree feedback, communicating with managers and documented accountability plans.
