Christine DiDonato, founder of Career Revolution, Inc., is an innovator in the space of employee and leadership development. As the former Head of Talent for Sony Electronics, Inc., Christine focused her passion and research on acquiring, coaching and developing organization’s youngest generation of employees to become the next generation of leaders.
As a leading expert in Millennial Career Development, Christine created CareerRev.com, a unique on-line resource and feedback tool dedicated to bridging the mindset and skill gaps currently plaguing companies. Her experience in leading Training and Organizational Development groups ranges from Household Finance, HSBC and Executive Counterparts serving clients such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Microsoft, and Ernst and Young. Christine has a M.A. in Speech and Communication from San Francisco State University, where she also served as an instructor for 2 years.
Elizabeth Hewitt Gibson
Elizabeth Hewitt Gibson, vice president of sales and marketing for Career Revolution, works with organizations to align employee behavior to achieve strategic business goals. Through her work with organizations like DBM, Lee Hecht Harrison, NETg and Skillsoft, Elizabeth has consulted with leadership teams from Fortune 500 companies, across all functions, to identify and deliver leadership and career development interventions for individuals, groups, divisions, and entire organizations.
Elizabeth’s expertise lies in a deep understanding of the many challenges inherent in the employee lifecycle, as well as the inability of many organizations to cut through industry, corporate and HR jargon in order to communicate effectively with their employees. Two decades of marketing and consulting experience allows her to partner most efficiently with her clients to close the gaps that often exist between an organization’s internal experience and external brand, create collaborative cross-functional teams, and create the communication and project plans that deliver measurable business results.
Megan Farrell Ragsdale, vice president of business development and performance coaching for Career Revolution, Inc., has over 15 years of experience leading global business transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies, ranging from telecommunications to human capital consulting, talent management, and energy in the U.S., Asia PAC, Latin American, and EMEA regions.
Megan has always had a passion for talent management, and in particular, working with and developing the next generation of future leaders. Megan has enjoyed great success leading innovation projects and business initiatives in the consumer electronics and retail spaces with largely Millennial work teams, and she believes strongly that with the investment of dedicated coaching and continuous feedback, this younger generation of workers can be successful anywhere.
David Jahn, master facilitator and co-founder of Innovative Improv Solutions, is an expert in improving organizational communication and engagement through the art of improvisational acting. His innovative approach to training has helped participants of all generations break free of their mobile devices, be present and communicate in a more authentic and productive way.
David was a Groundlings Main Company Member in 1995 which included writing and performing with Will Ferrell, Chris Kattan, Chris Parnell, Ana Gasteyer, Kathy Griffin, Mindy Sterling, Melissa McCarthy, Jim Rash and Nat Faxon. He continues to teach improvisation with the Groundlings, and served as chairman of the Groundlings School Steering Committee. His television and film credits include a series regular role on “Big Fat Obnoxious Boss”, as well as roles on “Kirstie”, “The Comeback”, “Modern Family”, “Cougar Town”, “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno”, “The Cape”, “Mobbed”, “Heroes”, “Reno 911”, “General Hospital”, “Medium”, “Men Women & Children”, “Neverland” and “Thank You For Smoking”. Prior to the Groundlings, David acted as CFO and Partner at The Donahue Group, a highly sought after public relations firm specializing in marketing, publicity and special events for many high-end fashion companies.
Michelle Burke is a known communication strategist, published author, consultant, and co-founder of Energy Catalyst Group. Her twenty years’ experience working with non-profits, Fortune 100, and 500 Companies established her as an expert in bridging communication and cultural gaps at all levels. Michelle consults with HR and management to focus on increasing individual, team and organizational energy by leveraging strengths to build collaboration, foster innovation and peak performance. She collaborates with clients using her 3-A Model: Awareness, Accountability and (purposeful) Action.
Michelle knows how to get to the root cause through her keen observation of individual and organizational behavior allowing her to uncover key issues especially in areas of Career Progression and Employee Engagement and provides solutions that align with company vision, values and culture. Her work consistently results in improved communication, accountability, morale and productivity. Troy is a consultant and learning solutions expert with over fourteen years of hands-on and management experience across multiple industries specializing in solution consulting, Learning/Talent system selection & management, business development and custom development for ILT, eLearning, performance support and mobile. He has significant experience leading web application and mobile development teams, developing for-profit customer facing eLearning programs, contract and proposal writing for custom mobile, learning and web applications. In addition, he is adept at recognizing industry trends and counseling clients on the strategic direction for their learning and marketing initiatives.
Troy’s passion is to help organizations realize their true profit/performance potential through the use of technology based learning solutions. He regularly attends industry conferences, speaks on the latest technologies/trends and works with partners/vendors on new product development. Troy is an active member of the eLearning Guild and an Advisor with the Gilfus Education Group.
